For yard poop-scoop visits: no need to be home at all. As long as your gate is unlocked or we have your access code, we'll take care of everything and notify you when done. For cat litter visits: you can leave your boxes outside and we'll clean them contactlessly, or be home and we'll come inside. We confirm your preference before every visit.
We just need to know how to get in, whether that’s through an unlocked gate, a code for a lock, or another arrangement. You can share access instructions when signing up, and we’ll follow them carefully. If we can’t get in, we’ll let you know right away and try to reschedule.
Please note! Your information is restricted and only shared with the team member managing your home.

If your pets are friendly and used to visitors, that’s okay. But to be extra safe, we recommend bringing them inside or securing them in another part of the yard during your scheduled service time. Let us know your pet's temperament and we’ll work with you.
